Wuthering Waves might be tricky when it comes to promo codes, but they give you some pretty good rewards. You can get free Astrites, Resonance Potions or Shell Credits. Unfortunately, there’s currently only one active promo code, but we’d argue it’s pretty good.

It’s also permanent, so if you haven’t redeemed it already - you have plenty of time to do it!

WuWa How To Redeem Promo Codes

Luckily, claiming codes in Wuthering Waves is fairly easy - the only requirement is that you need to reach Union Level 2 and complete the tutorial before you can redeem free rewards. If you’ve done that already, here’s what to do next:

• Tap the phone icon in the top-left corner
• Click on Settings
• Find Other Settings
• Select Redemption Code
• Type the code into the text box and click Redeem

Your rewards will be waiting for you in your mailbox located at the top right corner. Keep in mind that all of your mail expires after 14 days and disappears forever, so make sure to get your rewards immediately. 

WuWa Promo Code Schedule

There’s not really a set schedule for when promo codes are released. However, it seems like Kuro Games drops those goodies every 6 weeks or so, right before big patch updates. This happens during livestreams, so you’ll have to keep track of them too. The developers usually release between 3 and 5 codes per livestream, so it’s definitely worth the wait.

There are two main reasons why your code might not be working. First, check if you’ve typed the code correctly - it needs to be written exactly as you see it in this article. We recommend just copy-pasting the code. Another reason might be that the code has expired - always make sure that you’re looking at the codes from our active list.

Last but not least, keep in mind that the Wuthering Waves servers experience issues sometimes, so just wait 5-10 minutes and try to redeem the rewards one more time.
